Coleslaw recipe

Cabbage is in season at Gidget's Garden so it's a great time to make an old favorite, coleslaw. Here's how we make ours. 

INGREDIENTS:
1 head of cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, grated
3 ribs celery, chopped
1 small onion, diced
1/2 cup raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon sugar
salt to taste
Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Mix all ingredients in large bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. 


Yummy.
